APT SERVICES – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to APT Services (“APT Services”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, which connects customers with independent service professionals offering a range of services (“Professional Services”). By using our website, mobile application, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms.
1. DEFINITIONS
- “Customer” refers to a registered user seeking Professional Services through the Platform.
- “Service Professional” refers to an independent individual or entity providing Professional Services via the Platform.
- “Services” refers to the facilitation, booking, payment processing, and customer support provided by APT Services.
- “Professional Services” refers to the services provided by Service Professionals to Customers.
2. NATURE OF OUR PLATFORM
APT Services is an online marketplace. We do not employ Service Professionals. We facilitate connections between Customers and Service Professionals, provide secure payment processing, and manage dispute resolution. The actual Professional Services are provided by independent Service Professionals.
3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT
- Users must be at least 18 years old to register.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
- Bookings must be made through the Platform.
- Payment is collected by APT Services on behalf of the Service Professional.
- All payments are subject to applicable taxes.
- Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Cancellation Policy.
5. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
- Customers may cancel bookings within the time specified on the Platform for a full or partial refund.
- Service Professionals who fail to deliver confirmed services may face penalties, including suspension.
6. SERVICE PROFESSIONAL OBLIGATIONS
- Maintain required licenses, permits, and insurance.
- Deliver services with due skill, care, and diligence.
- Comply with all applicable laws.
7. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
- Provide accurate information about service requirements.
- Ensure safe working conditions for the Service Professional.
- Refrain from inappropriate or unlawful conduct.
8. PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
- Circumvent or manipulate payment processes.
- Engage in abusive, threatening, or harmful behavior toward Service Professionals or other users.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trademarks, and software on the Platform are owned by or licensed to APT Services. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
10. LIABILITY
APT Services is not liable for the acts, omissions, or conduct of any Service Professional. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform will not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant Services.
11. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless APT Services, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in respective courts.
