This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains the terms under which customers and service professionals may cancel bookings and receive refunds for services booked through APT Services (“we”, “our”, “us”). This Policy applies to all users of the APT Services Platform (the “Platform”) in India and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

By booking a service through our Platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this Polic

1. CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMERS

1. Before Service Confirmation

●     Customers may cancel a booking free of charge if the cancellation is made before the service professional has confirmed the booking.

2. After Service Confirmation

●     If a customer cancels more than 12 hours before the scheduled start time, a full refund will be issued (after deduction of payment gateway charges, if applicable).

●     If a customer cancels within 12 hours of the scheduled start time, a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the service value may apply.

●     For services already in progress, no refund will be issued.

2. CANCELLATION BY SERVICE PROFESSIONALS

3. Unavailability or Delays

●     If a service professional cancels the booking or fails to arrive on time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.

4. Repeated Cancellations

●     Repeated cancellations by a service professional may result in suspension or termination of their account on the Platform.
