REFUND PROCESS

1.Eligibility
 Refunds will be processed if:

●      The cancellation request meets the conditions outlined above.

●      The service was not delivered or was incomplete due to reasons attributable to the service professional.

●      The service delivered was materially different from what was booked.

2. Timeline

●      Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval, to the original payment method.

3. Deductions

●      Applicable payment gateway charges and cancellation fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

The following services are non-refundable:

●      Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the customer.

●      Customised or personalised services once work has commenced.

●      Urgent/emergency services where the professional has already been dispatched.

5. RESCHEDULING

●      Customers may request rescheduling at least 12 hours before the scheduled service time without penalty.

●      Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the scheduled service may incur a rescheduling fee of up to 20% of the service value.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

If services cannot be provided due to events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), we may offer rescheduling or credit in lieu of a refund.
